Retail isn’t reactive — it’s intentional. Even while we’re in the middle of holiday season, we’re already planning for what comes next. Q1 buying starts early, guided by what our customers loved most this past year, then refreshed with new finds and thoughtful twists for the months ahead. We pay close attention to customer requests, too — many of our best additions start as simple conversations at the counter.
Buying local remains a priority for us. Dandles Candles, right here in Spokane, has been a featured product in our shop for nearly all of our 21 years, and we love continuing partnerships like that.
We’re also bringing back our monthly wine tastings in 2026 — a relaxed way to discover new marketplace foods, sample wines, and browse fresh gift ideas for upcoming birthdays and spring holidays. Our first tasting is February 7, featuring Barrister wines.
Small Shop Energy,
Big Gift Wins.
No time to overthink it? Start here. Quick-pick favorites, staff-tested, ready to wrap. Pair a mini pouch with a candle and a card and you’re out the door in five.
Stop by and explore the shop — it’s full of new merchandise we’re excited to share. Our retail manager, Alli, is always happy to help you find the perfect gift, and our wine buyer, Marissa, can match a bottle to your meal or recommend something special to take home.
Hands-free. Zero fuss. Our crossbodies, leather minis, and compact day packs are built for coffee runs, dog walks, and travel lines. Soft leathers, tough nylon, clean zips—the everyday carry that doesn’t try too hard.
Snark that hits. Sweet, that isn’t syrupy. Our greeting cards cover birthdays, thank-yous, friendship, and the “you got this” moments with artwork worth saving on the fridge.
Not-so-Secret Wines Hotspot
Ferrante’s Marketplace wine section isn’t built to impress sommeliers — it’s built to help real people find something they’ll genuinely enjoy. You’ll see familiar favorites like Banfi Chianti DOCG alongside more expressive picks, such as Tenuta di Fessina Etna Rosso “Versante,” a Sicilian red with volcanic character and a strong food-pairing range.
There’s also Battito on the shelf for guests who like something bold and distinctive, plus approachable Northwest options like Illahe Cuvée Miette Pinot Noir and Liberty Lake Wine Cellars Gewürztraminer for anyone who prefers to keep things closer to home.
The white and sparkling lineup keeps that same balance between accessible and interesting. Bottles like Pinot Grigio, Garganega, and Tahija Chardonnay give you clean, easygoing choices for weeknight dinners, while Freixenet Prosecco and Pizzolato Prosecco bring a celebratory pop for gatherings, gifts, or Ferrante’s customer appreciation tastings.
Nothing here feels random — each bottle earns its place by being versatile, food-friendly, and priced so you don’t have to overthink grabbing one on your way to the checkout.
