Retail isn’t reactive – it’s intentional. We are strongly guided by what our customers loved most the previous year, then we refresh with new finds and thoughtful twists. We pay close attention to customer requests as well-many of our best additions start as simple conversations at the counter.
We buy local as often as possible, and made in the US has always been a priority for us. Dandles Candles made here in Spokane have been a featured product in our shop for nearly all of our 21 years. Voluspa candles from Irvine, CA are also quickly becoming a staple on our shelves.
For consumable gifts we regularly stock Spiceology spices made in Spokane, San Juan Sea Salt from Friday Harbor, and Jacobsen Salt from Portland,OR. Other prominent food brands in our marketplace include Stonewall produced in Maine. Key Italian brands, both out of Pennsylvania, include DiLallo and DiBruno Bros. On the sweet side, treats from Spokandy are made locally, as well as Seattle made Maeve chocolate, and Moonstruck from Portland,OR.
Small Shop Energy,
Big Gift Wins.
No time to overthink it? Start here. Quick-pick favorites, staff-tested, ready to wrap. Pair a mini pouch with a candle, chocolate bar, and a card and you’re out the door in five.
Stop by and explore the shop — it’s full of new merchandise we’re excited to share. Our retail manager, Alli, is always happy to help you find the perfect gift, and our wine buyer, Marissa, can match a bottle to your meal or recommend something special to take home.
Cards from Curly Girl Designs have been a favorite pick on our card wall for many years. We also love Daydream Prints and Everglow Handmade cards from Portland, OR. We definitely have a special place for Joe Boss Ink cards made here in Spokane.
You can also find a wide variety of affordable handbags at Ferrante’s. Joy Susan cross body bags are hands down our best sellers. Brixley and Baggu are close seconds.
Our customers also love browsing our readers and sunglasses from Peepers, Blue Planet, and I Heart Eyewear. We always stock a large selection of jewelry from Something Silver and Brass Sand out of Seattle, as well as sparkling treasures from Kris Nations. Lotus Jewelry Studios, and K’lani are also top brands that are restocked on the regular.
Not-so-Secret Wines Hotspot
Ferrante’s Marketplace wine section isn’t built to impress sommeliers — it’s built to help real people find something they’ll genuinely enjoy.
Marissa focuses on Italian wines that have a strong food pairing range, as well as many approachable Northwest and West Coast artisan wineries. Local favorites include Spokane’s Winescape winery, and Liberty Lake Wine Cellars. She continues to bring in new labels weekly, and we host monthly wine tastings that are complimentary for our customers. Follow us on Instagram to keep up on the dates!
We also try to match gift ideas to our wine selection. We regularly stock unique wine glasses. Verve Moroccan style glasses are gorgeous and the sets come boxed and gift ready. European style wine glass sets of four from Salty Raven in Tillamook, OR. are a perfect gift for the non conventional wine enthusiasts. Geometry dish towels are one of our best selling gift items to dress up and wrap a bottle of wine for an eco friendly gift. For the tea and coffee drinkers, handmade artisan ceramic mugs from Artsy Em are another boxed and ready to go popular pick.
Nothing here feels random — every item earns its place by being hand selected by our team, and priced so you don’t have to overthink your purchase. We have already done the work for you!
